Our Story

In-classroom tutoring for Manhattan elementary students.

What we believe

Tutoring Solutions NYC gives elementary students in Manhattan a consistent volunteer in their own classroom. Support happens during the school day, not after school in a separate location.

We recruit high school and college students who can commit to a weekly schedule. The work is tutoring in reading, writing, and math. The result we aim for is stronger skills and greater confidence.

    You support students in reading, writing, and math, one-on-one or in a small group, following the teacher’s direction.
